Free trial

New accounts and new clubs receive a free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. You may cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid being billed.

Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Requesting a refund

If you believe you were charged in error, contact hello@commcloud.ai within 14 days of the charge. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
